Lucas Pingel is an assistant professor at St. Catherine University, and lives in the Twin Cities with his wife, Autumn, and son, Charlie. He is the author of the chapbook, All Types of Breath Included (Further Adventures, 2009), and has had poems appear recently in The North American Review, Cant, and Sawbuck.
Elizabeth (Betsy) Aoki completed her M.F.A. in Creative Writing at the University of Washington. Since then, she has received fellowships from the City of Seattle, Jackstraw Writers Program and Artist Trust and has been anthologized in Yellow as Turmeric, Fragrant as Cloves: A Contemporary Anthology of Asian American Women's Poetry. Her chapbook Every Vanish Leaves Its Trace was published in 2009 by Finishing Line Press.
Sarah Katherine McCann was a University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop
Scholar as well as a Fulbright scholar. Her work has been published
in many journals and books including Visiting Frost, MARGIE, New Voices, South Dakota Review, Paralos, Hangin’ Loose, and Teflon. She
edited the latest book of Robert Lax’s poetry, Tertium Quid, and her
translations from the modern Greek have been published in journals
such as Westerly, World Literature Today, Poetry International, and Words Without Borders.
